Hand-building is the process of building pots or sculptures without the use of the potter's wheel. 

This class introduces the basic properties of clay. Her class goes from a wet piece of clay to a finished glazed and fired piece of art. Course includes basic hand building techniques and glaze applications. 

Hand building methods used are: PINCH, COIL, & SLAB. Included in the class are clay, firing, glazes, and tools.
